The air conditioning fails to work properly!!! The rooms are cramped with limited space for movement!!! The shower water pressure is disgustingly weak!!! Options for amenities in the room are virtually nonexistent!!!

The staff were friendly. The breakfast offered a great variety, and our kids loved the fresh croissants. The location is perfect, with easy access to multiple metro lines and charming restaurants nearby.

The room was a bit small for our family.

Great staff but need upgrades

We stayed for 6 nights and while the location was super convenient, the room was a bit cramped and dated. The staff was really friendly, especially one gal who went out of her way to help. Breakfast was pretty solid too! Just wish the shower had better water pressure.

The location, it was 4 stations away from Eiffel Tower (and the metro station is right outside the hotel)

Everything else: smelly sheets, no wi-fi, no parking, wc was broken, shower curtain broken, bathroom door not closing; only the location and the money we paid saved the trip

The Twin Room was cozy but definitely small, typical for Paris. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. The shower was surprisingly large for the size of the room, a nice touch. Soundproof windows helped keep things quiet, though kids running in the halls were a bit annoying. It met my needs really well, but a bit more space would've been great.
